Follow Sportsmail's coverage of the Barclays Premier League as Tottenham host Blackburn at White Hart Lane to conclude Sunday's action. Harry Redknapp's side will be desperate to arrest their alarming slump in form but they face a Rovers side fighting for their top-flight lives.
SPURS 0 BLACKBURN 0
Tottenham: Friedel, Walker, Gallas, Kaboul, Rose, Lennon, Modric, Sandro, Bale, Van der Vaart, Adebayor.
Subs: Cudicini, Saha, Giovani, Defoe, King, Livermore, Nelsen.
Blackburn: Robinson, Orr, Dann, Givet, Marcus Olsson, Formica, Dunn, Lowe, Pedersen, Hoilett, Yakubu.
Subs: Kean, Martin Olsson, Modeste, Petrovic, Nzonzi, Rochina, Goodwillie.
Referee: Mike Jones (Cheshire)
4 mins: Scott Dann concedes a corner which Van der Vaart plays in but Dann is on hand to clear. Poor effort from the Dutchman to be honest.
3 mins: Tottenham have certainly started brightly. They have to take advantage of Newcastle's defeat, particularly playing at home.
2 mins: Spurs should be in front. Luka Modric races to the byline and crosses for Aaron Lennon at the far post but the winger somehow puts the ball wide.
1 min: Off and running…
4.00pm: Seconds away from kick off at White Hart Lane…
3.55pm: What does everyone think about Steve Kean He's taken an unnecessary amount of abuse, for sure, but he is not a good manager. Not in the slightest. Too much credit given to him just because he's refused to quit.
3.50pm: Tottenham of course were seen as title challengers at one stage of the season but face a fight to finish in the top four now. A win this afternoon however would take them above both Chelsea and Newcastle. Surely they can beat Steve Kean's beleaguered Blackburn. Surely
3.45pm: Difficult to see this game replicating the goal fest we have just witnessed Stamford Bridge as Chelsea thumped QPR 6-1. But again, both sides need the points for very different reasons.
Blackburn are slowly but surely losing their battle to beat the drop but a win today would bring them level with QPR but they need to win by four goals to leapfrog them and into 17th place.
3.40pm: Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp makes four changes following his side's 1-0 defeat at QPR last weekend as he looks to inject new life into a team with just one win in their last nine Barclays Premier League outings.
Younes Kaboul, Danny Rose, Aaron Lennon and Emmanuel Adebayor were all brought into the starting XI as Ledley King and Jermain Defoe drop to the bench and Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Scott Parker miss out through injury.
Blackburn manager Steve Kean names an unchanged side from their 2-0 victory over Norwich.
Rovers have lost their last five games against Spurs but a win could see them exit the bottom three on goal difference.
