Tony Bellew's rematch with Isaac Chilemba will be held on May 25 at the O2 Arena on the undercard of Carl Froch's world title unification fight with Mikkel Kessler.
The Liverpool light heavyweight was devastated when the original meeting was scored a draw last month.
The winner of the second bout will earn a shot at the winner of WBC champion Chad Dawson's clash with Adonis Stevenson on June 8.
Gutted: Tony Bellew felt he deserved to win his first fight with Isaac Chilemba
Promoter Eddie Hearn revealed both men were keen to have the rematch as soon as possible.
'There was no winner, so we need to find one,' he said.
'Many people thought Tony won, some thought Chilemba won. It's a fight both need to get off their back.'
Draw: Bellew took his foot off the gas after the opening rounds
The winner of the rematch will likely challenge for the world title in September.
Meanwhile, George Groves' opponent for the same night, along with further details of the undercard, will be announced this week.
