The Rugby Football League are scrutinising an offer for Bradford Bulls before they hand it over to the RFL board of directors.
The offer, from a group of Asian businessmen known as the ABC consortium, is thought to be conditional on being able to buy back the Odsal Stadium lease from the RFL and getting a guarantee Bradford will stay in Super League.
Bulls administrator Brendan Guilfoyle says he will place the club into liquidation if no buyer is found by Friday.
