Swansea are to increase their 4m offer for Bolton midfielder Mark Davies. However, they may need to go to 7m with former club Wolves due a cut of any profit Bolton make above the 1m they paid for him.
Davies will replace Liverpool-bound Joe Allen. Swansea are interested in Hoffenheim striker Mohammed Abdellaoue.
Wolves have signed winger Slawo Peszko from Cologne on loan.
