New deal: Swansea keeper Michel Vorm
Holland international goalkeeper Michel Vorm is set to end speculation over his future by committing to a new four-year contract at Swansea.
Vorm, 28, was voted the club's player of the year in May after his first season in the south Wales and has been attracting interest from Liverpool – who are managed by former Swans boss Brendan Rodgers.
But, according to Wales Online, Vorm will sign a new deal in the coming days after chairman Huw Jenkins confirmed that talks with the player had progressed well.
Vorm, a 1.5million signing from Utrecht last summer, currently has a contract running until 2014.
Swansea are also hoping to commit Welsh international defenders Ashley Williams and Neil Taylor to new deals in the near future.
