Martin Jol has hinted he is tracking a number of potential replacement signings as he fears his biggest players will leave Fulham in the summer.
Tottenham have already had two offers for the impressive Moussa Dembele rejected, while Clint Dempsey and Brede Hangeland are also being courted by bigger clubs.
Wanted: Dembele could leave Craven Cottage in the summer
Ahead of Fulham's trip to Manchester United on Monday night, Jol said: 'I am used to it because in Holland, for example, they do it all the time.
'They sell one or two, and try and get even better by spending the money on younger players and developing again. That is what we are trying to do here.

'I can't, of course, have 16 players all worth 20million, but I always try and create our own situation.
'There is a lot of interest in my players and that is why I must use my experience to find younger players.'
