Galatasaray coach Fatih Terim has every confidence his team can pull off a Champions League shock this week after telling opponents Manchester United, 'we're not scared of you'.
The Turkish side visit Old Trafford on Wednesday in what will be the first meeting between the two since 1994 when United romped to a 4-0 victory.
We're not scared: Fatih Terim insists his Turkish team have nothing to fear
That win, though, was the only time Sir Alex Ferguson's men have got the better of Gala, and came a year after a 3-3 in Manchester helped the club from Turkey's capital dump United out of Europe on away goals.
And now 59-year-old Terim hopes to find the spirit of the past and force a result when Europe's premier competition kicks off again.
He said: 'I don't need to tell you how Manchester United are a big club. We respect to them but we don't fear them. We are going to England for take a good result.'
History repeating: Galatasaray knocked United out of Europe in 1993
He added on the club's website: 'Years ago we made history against them. I believe that Galatasaray can repeat that success.'
Both sides come into the game off the back of weekend thrashings, with United's 4-0 win over Wigan replicated in the Turkish capital when Gala beat Antalyaspor.
Portguese side Braga and and Romanian's Cluj are the two other teams in Group H.
