As seen on TV… Liverpool to allow dressing room access for documentary

It seems some of the astonishing footage from Queens Park Rangers' 'Four Year Plan' film was not enough to put one club off releasing their own behind-the-scenes documentary.
Liverpool have agreed a deal with American broadcaster Fox Soccer to film a six-part programme at the club, with shooting beginning in May.
Cameras will capture the club's preparations for the FA Cup final, the event itself, and the pre-season tour of the US and Canada, as well as the beginning of the 2012/13 campaign.
Inside view: Liverpool are allowing Fox access to their dressing room
Liverpool chairman Tom Werner said: 'I expect it will be compelling programming as Liverpool will provide unprecedented access.
'This will be an amazing opportunity for our fans to see a new side of the club and for us to reach out to many more potential supporters around the world who will come to understand what makes Liverpool FC so special.'
Some of the footage from the QPR documentary was embarrassing for the club, but Liverpool are confident about the film.
Reds managing director Ian Ayre said: 'This project creates a fantastic opportunity to allow people across the world to have a glimpse of the inner workings of the club following the lives of our staff, our players and our fans, all of whom make up everything that is Liverpool Football Club.'
