Police to study Anfield TV footage after fan accused of making monkey gesture
Police are looking into reports that a fan was caught on
television allegedly making a 'monkey' gesture during Liverpool's FA Cup clash
with Manchester United.
The match at Anfield, which was settled by Dirk Kuyt's late
strike, passed by largely without incident despite it being the first time the
two teams had clashed since Luis Suarez was found guilty of racially abusing
