Leighton Baines was left with a sore reminder of playing against Chelsea after the Everton defender was caught by Gary Cahill's studs.
Baines and Blues defender Cahill clashed accidentally early in the second half at Goodison Park and it was the home favourite who came off worse.
As these pictures from Sky Sports show, Cahill's studs went right through Baines' shirt and left a scar on the England international's back.

Baines, true to form, was straight back up and in the thick of the action.
Meanwhile, Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech did not come out for the second half.
The Blues stopper picked up an ankle injury and was replaced by Ross Turnbull.
Turnbull's sole previous appearance this season was the Capital One Cup drubbing of Wolves in September.
And he was celebrating at the end of the match on Merseyside as the visitors took the three points back to London after Frank Lampard's double cancelled out Steven Pienaar's early strike.
