Terry fuming as Indian cigarette packets carry image of Chelsea and England star
John Terry is taking legal action over the apparent use of his picture on cigarette packets in India.
The image features the head and shoulders of a man who looks very much like Chelsea captain Terry and sits above a 'Smoking Kills' warning.

Keith Cousins of Elite Management,
Terry's representatives, said: 'We have reviewed this
matter with our client and have instructed solicitors to take
appropriate action.'
The Indian government's directorate of visual publicity created the image but, according to the Indian Express, there is confusion over how it was used.
'We sent the creative to the health ministry and they then cleared it and circulated it,' said director of visual publicity additional secretary KS Dhatwalia. 'But how Terry's picture got to be used is not clear.'
