Dos Santos could be offered Spurs escape route with swap deal for Inter keeper Cesar

Tottenham may use Mexico's London 2012 Olympics star Giovanni Dos Santos as a bargaining chip as they try to procure Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar.
Slovenian stopper Samir Handanovic has arrived at the San Siro and it has bumped the Brazilian Cesar down the pecking order.

Despite impressing for his country, Dos Santos has not been able to force his way in to Tottenham's side.
Cesar is a target for the north London side, according to talkSPORT, to put pressure on current first-choice Brad Friedel.
Reports in Italy say that Inter are happy for Spurs to take Cesar, as long as they can get a player in return.

Andre Villas-Boas' team lost 2-0 to Valencia on Thursday night in their first pre-season friendly defeat.
Jonas and Sofiane Feghouli did the damage for the Spanish side, but Friedel made a good sae from the latter just before half-time.
