Maradona finally shown the door in Dubai as Al Wasl sack hapless manager

Diego Maradona has been sacked as manager of Al Wasl.

The Argentine legend has been at the Dubai-based club since 2011, but has struggled to make any impact on or off the field.

He was appointed following a stint as his country's manager during the World Cup in 2010.
