Roman walks! Bednar ends West Brom stint by securing switch to Blackpool
West Brom striker Roman Bednar has ended his four-and-a-half-year spell at the club and joined Blackpool on a free transfer.
Bednar, 28, made 105 appearances for the Baggies, scoring 34 times but has slipped down the pecking order during the past 18 months.
On the move: Roman Bednar has joined Blackpool from West Brom
Albion sporting and technical director Dan Ashworth said: 'Roman has been unable to break into the first team this season due to the fierce competition for places. I think this move suits all parties.'
Last season the former Hearts player had spells on loan at Leicester and Turkish side Ankaragucu.
