It was an all too familiar sight last year, but Sebastian Vettel's shock pole position for Red Bull puts him on the front row for the first time this season for the Bahrain Grand Prix.

Britain's Lewis Hamilton sits alongside him on the grid, with McLaren team-mate Jenson Button behind third-placed Mark Webber for the fourth round of the world championship.
